The site falls within the Cray Valley Renewal Area, one of five identified areas within the Bromley Local Plan, which seeks to maximise opportunities for enhancement and improvement. The site has potential for approximately 350 dwellings alongside community facilities and landscaped open space.

We also have an interest in a further 74 acres which has potential for an additional 400 dwellings.  This site is being promoted as part of Bromley’s Local Plan.

We have prepared a planning application on our landholding for approximately 350 homes, which was submitted in 2025.  More information is available at www.stmarycraylih.co.uk
