We acquire large-scale greenfield and brownfield sites (with the capacity for 200-5,000+ homes) to deliver consented development land and the associated site infrastructure.

Each year we conduct an employee engagement survey and the health and wellbeing section consistently scores well – we have an engagement indicator of 95%. When asked ‘Lands Improvement takes employee health and wellbeing seriously’, 100% strongly agreed.

We offer a range of wellbeing initiatives, including health assessments, wellbeing sessions on subjects like healthy eating and mental health, monthly massages and a cycle-to-work scheme.
