We actively manage the estate, working closely and collaboratively with tenants, community groups and other stakeholders to ensure the estate realises its full potential as a sustainable and prosperous place to live and work.

The site will continue to be promoted through the emerging and future Local Plans for residential development, taking a community-first, placemaking approach to development.
