The site is covered by the Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Joint Core Strategy forming part of the Golden Valley growth area identified by Cheltenham Borough Council, supporting its proposals for the government-backed ‘Cyber Central’ campus, for the UK’s intelligence and cyber industries.

The development site is being promoted through the forthcoming Joint Core Strategy review. It has the potential to provide 600 new homes, with green infrastructure and community facilities, using our placemaking framework to underpin the master planning principles.
