The proposals will provide a landscape-led scheme with a new countryside park along the River Ver within the District of St Albans. In addition to new homes, the scheme focuses on providing infrastructure improvements for wider social and community benefits including enhanced footpath links into the wider countryside, community facilities, and a new primary school.
