Paul McDiarmid

Paul joined Lands Improvement in 2004. As a Senior Engineering Manager, he is responsible for managing the technical aspects of projects both pre-and-post planning consent.

Before joining the company, Paul worked for a civil engineering consultancy for 20 years, supporting the planning, design and delivery of residential developments, business parks, major retail developments, highway schemes and regeneration projects.
