Head of Finance Business Partnering

Paul joined Lands Improvement in December 2020 to head up the Finance Business Partnering team, which covers responsibilities across Lands Improvement and TT Group, ensuring continuity and consistency across all aspects of property, from acquisitions, disposals, and developments to asset management.

An ACA qualified accountant, Paul has more than 10 years’ experience across a number of different industries, including charities, financial services, aviation and property.  He has a philosophy that success comes from being more than just an accountant and embraces this through additional qualifications in project management, continuous improvement and leadership management.
