Lands Improvement completes masterplan for Kilmarnock Industrial park with sale to West Ranga Property Group

Lands Improvement Holdings (‘Lands Improvement’), one of the UK’s leading strategic land development companies, has agreed the freehold sale of four remaining fully serviced plots at Moorfield North Industrial Park in Kilmarnock to the Dundee-based West Ranga Property Group for £850,000.

The sale of the serviced land, totalling 10.7 acres, is subject to detailed planning permission being secured for the erection of industrial and warehouse buildings.

Located to the west side of Kilmarnock in  East Ayrshire and well served by transport connections, Moorfield North Industrial Park has been developed under Lands Improvement’s long-term ownership, which dates back to 1989,  into nine full serviced plots ready for industrial and employment use.

In line with previous development of the serviced land on site, this sale will support East Ayrshire Council’s efforts to improve the availability and range of business and industrial space in Kilmarnock. Existing companies operating from Moorfield North Industrial Park include: Braehead Foods, Plumbase, and MKM Building Supplies.
