Hollie Heavens

Associate Director

Hollie specialises in strategic planning of residential-led schemes and community consultation. She makes effective use of her public-affairs skillset to seek consensus from a wide range of stakeholders throughout the engagement process.

Her work involves managing the long-term promotion of various sites across the south of England. Having secured a local plan allocation, Hollie then collaborates with the local authority to submit a viable planning application and to secure planning permission following the negotiation of an S106 agreement.

As well as being a Chartered Surveyor, Hollie also supports the acquisitions team in securing new sites for the business by identifying new opportunities, as well as helping to put in place the Lands Improvement placemaking strategy. Hollie has recently been reselected to sit on the Policy Council of the Town and Country Planning Association.
