Daniel Ramsay

Planning Manager

Dan joined Lands Improvement in 2023 as a Planner, primarily focusing on the long-term promotion of strategic land and delivery of planning permissions across a range of our developments.

Prior to joining us, Dan worked within the planning team at a London council, gaining a vast understanding of planning policy, S106 and CIL matters.

He also brings experience from working at a planning consultancy, successfully promoting developments and securing planning consents across a number of sectors, from residential development to sports stadia.
