Welcome to the team Adrian!

Adrian has joined Lands Improvement as Commercial Manager based at our Linmere development alongside the current Lands Improvement and wider consultant team. His main responsibility is for the procurement and management of the infrastructure works, consultant contracts and expenditure.

He brings vast knowledge and experience in managing procurement and commercial teams on a number of mixed-use retail and retirement village developments in Houghton Regis. Prior to this, Adrian worked in various roles across a number of different construction sectors, including hospitality, retail, office, industrial and residential, including Bicester Eco Town for A2Dominion and Cherwell District Council.
