Colchester Planning Approval

Unanimous planning approval was granted by Tendring District Councillors on 22nd September for 120 dwellings with significant areas of open space and very low density housing. Comments from Councillors were very positive “I have never been so impressed before when I have been to a site. There’s so much here that is good.” and “the firm was told it had set an example to be followed with its design and the way it had engaged with the local community.”
